What is included with my bike rental?

Bike Helmet, flat pedals, padlock, basket with city bike.  Lights and repair kit on request.  All included in the price.

Do you do deliveries?

Yes we do but only to Quarteira, Vilamoura, Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago.  Hotels, apartments and private villas.  Delivery and pick up between 25€ and 35€ depending on season and area.

Can I rent a bike outside of the opening hours?

Yes you can.  Please call 00351 966419956.  I live close by.

Can I pickup my bike early or drop off late?

Possibly, please contact us, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

What if my bike has a puncture or a mechanical problem?

If within 7 kilometres of our garage we are happy to bring out a new bike and swap.  Further than 7k will incur a charge.   We also supply a repair kit on request.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my bike?

Identification with a photo (passport, ID card or driving licence).  Money!  Only cash is accepted

Do you rent eBikes/electric bikes?

Yes, we do.  Please see the bike rental page for pictures and price.

Do you accept group bookings?

Yes we do.  We have special rates available depending on the number of renters and time of year.

Do I need to wear a helmet

Helmets are not compulsory, however, we recommend everyone wears one. Safety first.

Should I prebook

It is definitely advisable to book in advance especially in the summer when we experience very high demand.

Where is your shop located?

We are in the basement garage of Torre Peron 1 on Avenida Francisco Sá Carneiro in Quarteira. Down the ramp….Look for the green gates.

Do you rent mobility scooters?

Yes, we have a range of small, medium, and heavy-duty mobility scooters. We also rent wheelchairs and wheeled walkers.  Prices start from €19 per day.

Is insurance included?

Third-party liability is included. However, the renter is responsible for any damage to the bike or theft. Please check your travel insurance, it might have cover for sports equipment.

Can I pay with a card

No.  We only accept cash.  We do not want to hand over hard earned money to greedy banks.

Are you open Sunday and Public Holidays?

In the summer yes.
